Park Place is an upscale 12-person getaway on private property in Livingston, MT. This two-story home enjoys a large, gently sloping lot with panoramic views of the rugged Montana landscape from the upper level great room.
The main living spaces at Park Place are located on the second floor. The sitting room enjoys long views and natural light from wide windows, as well as comfortable sofas . The stairwells are open, creating unique spaces with vaulted ceilings and interesting visuals between floors and rooms.
Park Place includes a fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances and a dining room with a table and chairs for 10. Our guests have access to a gas barbecue grill just outside the kitchen. Relax and enjoy dining al fresco — if you’re quiet, you might spot some of the local wildlife wandering through, such as deer, elk, moose and the occasional grizzly.
The lower level at Park Place serves as a spacious recreation area with a pool table, a second sitting area with a flat-screen TV, satellite and DVD player. We also have an indoor pool .
Sleeping arrangements: Park Place has four cozy bedrooms, including a master suite with custom log furniture, a king-sized bed, a rocking chair, an adjoining bath, and a private deck with an 8-person hot tub. The other three bedrooms are furnished with one queen-sized bed and two full-sized beds.
Park Place’s most eye-catching feature is the indoor, in-ground pool on the ground level. The pool is 20 feet by 40 feet with a waterslide and a wet bar on the pool deck. There is also a bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities nearby — perfect for rinsing off after a swim and drying suits and extra towels.

It was beyond a doubt the most lovely place we have ever stayed, interior as well as exterior/view. It felt so private but was so very convenient to town at the same time.
